Kidding Record:

Some goats we will never part with. This is one of them...

'Biscuit', as she is affectionately known, was stuck too far back for anyone to reach her for about an hour and a half. There were no vets available for a C Section so we patiently worked with her dam to get Biscuit out as safely as possible. Although she is quite healthy, she was stuck in the birthing canal for too long and the vet said as a result she is permanently blind. She will live her days out here with her littermate sisters that she is quite bonded with. She gets regular turnout on nice days with her sisters and several other doelings her age. Otherwise she has a large run and stall that she is safe in from any potential threats, including other goats that may bully her.
